Job Title: Assembler
Job Description

Join our team as an Assembler where you will engage in the repetitive assembly of large, custom crates measuring 10 feet in length, 4 feet in width and depth. You will build various components such as bases, lids, ends, and shelves using nail guns, install hinges with impact drivers, and assemble crate walls to completion. Additionally, you may assist in cutting lumber to specified sizes using table saws. All tools are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own for comfort.

Hard Skills

Work Environment

Our facility is not unionized and features a bright, clean manufacturing shop with a strong team culture. We frequently hold BBQs and company events to foster a supportive environment. Our team includes 18 assemblers, with engineering and sales personnel also on site. This is a growing shop within a large facility, dedicated to ensuring a laid-back and cooperative work atmosphere.
