ABOUT THE ROLE:

Surveyor Deployment Planner is a member of the Surveyor Secretariat team reporting to the Senior program manager will be responsible from the recruitment and selection of our assessors (health care professionals), to deploying them for Accreditation surveys and education session, you are an integral role of managing our pool of assessors. You will ensure the right match is found between our assessors and the inspection requirements in order to provide our customers with an optimal assessment experience. You have strong problem-solving abilities being able to think quick on your toes to juggle last minute cancellations and assessor responses, all the while maintaining your professionalism and commitment to customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

Being an adept wearer of many hats. Assessor resources planning, policy development, recruitment, performance management, assessor relations, training, etc., you’ll have a role in it all. You know how to stay organized, cool, calm and collected, and aren’t easily overwhelmed. Your professionalism is par-none. You will be working closely with health care professionals at all levels across Canada. Your ability to adapt your style and remain professional to all assessor inquiries is imperative. Working in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and quick turnaround of accurate, high-quality deliverables. You are proactive by nature and will be able to trouble shoot external client issues as they arise. You will be liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders to coordinate schedules and resolve scheduling issues. You won’t be in this alone. You will communicate with internal clients on a variety of assessor related issues. Contributing positively to the culture of our workplace by staying positive, engaged in the work you do and energized by the difference you’re making.

Must Have Qualifications:

College diploma or University degree in a related field (such as Human Resources, Health and Social Services etc.). Advanced English communication is essential. Additional language skills are a definite asset. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Highly honed organizational, client service and interpersonal skills. Experience Coordinating internal projects. Outstanding computer skills (MS Office 365- Excel, Word, databases and online research skills).

Desired Qualifications:

Have exceptional customer service experience in a team environment. Have past experience recruiting or supporting human resources within an organization. Love to learn and use new database tools. Provide an example of an innovative improvement process you implemented. Are the first to identify the killer in thriller movies due to your excellent problem-solving skills. Have knowledge of the Independent Community Health Services Centres.
