Review the daily notes prior to each shift, walk the specified areas in-store to ensure feasibility and assign tasks to the merchandising team. Daily tasks may include:Adjust and install new retail store pricing fixtures.Understand and follow site plans and department setups.Ensure successful merchandising and digital pricing updates throughout the store. Ensure that merchandisers work efficiently to complete their tasks. Manage all provided tools/equipment inventory (rented or owned by Match) for the entire project duration, ensuring all pieces are returned upon project completion. Oversee the training and development of team members on a regular basis. Manage shift sign-in/out log for all team members Complete all duty reports and surveys within strict deadlines. Chef d'Équipe en Marchandisage de Vente au Détail

Nous recherchons actuellement un Chef d'Équipe en Marchandisage expérimenté pour rejoindre notre dynamique équipe des opérations sur site. Aperçu du Poste
La principale responsabilité du Chef d'Équipe sera de guider avec succès une équipe de 12 à 15 associés de vente au détail à travers un projet de réaménagement de plusieurs magasins sur 10 semaines, en veillant à ce que le marchandisage et l'étiquetage numérique des prix soient impeccablement réalisés et respectent les délais. Du lundi au vendredi chaque semaine, l'équipe retirera toutes les étiquettes de rayonnage actuelles et installera de nouvelles étiquettes électroniques de rayonnage dans tout le magasin. Ce poste est basé sur le territoire, chaque semaine étant passée dans un lieu de vente différent.
1 à 3 semaines peuvent impliquer des déplacements en dehors de votre territoire d'origine. Dans ce cas, tous les frais de déplacement et d'hébergement seront pris en charge par Match Retail.

Responsabilités
Revoir les notes quotidiennes avant chaque quart, parcourir les zones spécifiées en magasin pour en assurer la faisabilité et assigner les tâches à l'équipe de marchandisage. Les tâches quotidiennes peuvent inclure :Ajuster et installer de nouveaux dispositifs de prix en magasin.Comprendre et suivre les plans du site et les configurations des départements.Assurer la mise à jour réussie du marchandisage et des prix numériques dans tout le magasin.Veiller à ce que les marchandiseurs travaillent efficacement pour accomplir leurs tâches.Gérer l'inventaire des outils/équipements fournis (loués ou appartenant à Match) pendant toute la durée du projet, en veillant à ce que toutes les pièces soient retournées à la fin du projet.Superviser la formation et le développement des membres de l'équipe de manière régulière.Gérer le registre de pointage des quarts de travail pour tous les membres de l'équipe.Compléter tous les rapports de devoirs et les enquêtes dans les délais stricts.Maintenir une relation professionnelle avec la direction du magasin et leurs employés.Exigences du Poste
