Central Reliability Engineer

We are currently seeking a Central Reliability Engineer I, II or III. This position provides technical expertise and support across all NAB Potash sites to increase plant performance effectiveness and Asset Health. Asset Integrity programs and standardized procedures will be reviewed, optimized, and audited. This position will be based at Colonsay and will provide support to all Potash sites depending on business needs and priorities.

What you'll do:

Standardize/Optimize NAB Asset Strategies.

Adopt and integrate Asset Health Registers and standardize across NAB.

Standardize repositories for RCAs, Asset Strategies, and other core process documents.

Share and help educate failures and best practices across NAB.

Stay aware of major asset failures across industry as well as new technologies and ensure communication and support.

Help drive Risk Reduction initiatives across NAB.

Support Colonsay Potash site, and all NAB Sites as needed with travel to other sites periodically required.

Perform deep dive analysis of failure data trends for individual site-specific assets and across multiple Potash sites.

Analyze common failure modes and trends and lead multi-site improvement initiatives.

Review, expand, and develop new KPI’s that better illustrate and communicate Asset Health.

Lead or participate in cross-functional teams in support of central business initiatives or site-specific strategic program rollouts.

Provide training & mentorship of reliability personnel across NAB Potash sites as required.

Support the site RE Superintendent with new hire reliability specific training.

Mentor new hires through iBL training and project execution.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor's degree in engineering with a major in Mechanical or Industrial preferred.

Vibration Analysis Level II, Infrared Thermography Level I, Ultrasound Level I, Oil Analysis Level I, CMRP would be an asset. 

0-5 years of Engineering and Maintenance experience.

Knowledge of commonly used software packages is required: Maximo, Kronos, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

Good facilitation and communication skills.

Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaic's pre-employment checks including criminal, drug and alcohol testing.

Must be authorized to work in Canada.
