What You’ll Bring;

As a master multitasker, you effortlessly balance various priorities and objectives, showcasing your exceptional organizational skills. Through your empathetic leadership, you inspire your team to deliver excellence consistently. With a natural gift for management and communication, you're the kind of person people love to work for—someone who nurtures, motivates, and unites their team.

Your keen eye for business metrics like Sales Per Hour, conversion rates, items per transaction, and average transaction value, and you know how to use these numbers to drive success. Experience in empowering your team and utilizing systems within large store formats is crucial.

Enjoyment being on the shop floor as a hands-on manager, directing your team with poise under pressure, demonstrating resilience, and dedicating yourself to your work with genuine passion. Your commitment to people—both your team and your customers—is at the heart of everything you do. They're not just part of your job; they're your motivation and inspiration.

You bring valuable experience from the apparel world, understanding the industry's nuances and demands and, most importantly, what our customers want with your industry enthusiasm. Whether you're a seasoned golfer or have recently discovered a passion for the sport.
