Responsibilities
•  Directly interface with various business units and subject matter experts to understand their business needs, focusing on identifying issues with existing applications and potential areas for optimization.
• Create and Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, systems, and business requirements.
• Participate in writing test cases and conducting rigorous testing to ensure the effectiveness of new features and updates
• Educate business as well as 3rd parties on IT processes and compliance requirements. Be the champion for following the 3rd Party Playbook process.
• Support the SSP process by understanding and documenting the technical aspects of the solution.
• Liaise with technical associates and external parties, if necessary, to accurately document the solution in the SSP.
• Ensure that the solution is properly installed on the network and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
• Maintain and update the solution with the latest versions, ensuring technical compliance with standards and policies.
• Support technical controls assessments (TCAs) to evaluate the solutions technical controls and security measures.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a supply chain or product management role
• Strong understanding of technical aspects related to supply chain solutions, such as network connectivity, data transmission, data storage, and access permissions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external parties.
• 4-6 years of Business Analysis experience
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlines
• Strong written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, must be extremely detail oriented with the ability to document technical information accurately
• Previous experience with JIRA, Confluence, Wireframing
• Familiarity with policies is a plus.
• Understanding of Retail/ Transportation/Agile/ PMP/CBAP is an asset
