Your future duties and responsibilities:

Als Teil unseres Teams von Java Experten erstellen Sie gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden komplexe Java-Anwendungen. Ihr Einsatz geht dabei von der Entwicklung von Anwendungen unter Nutzung bestehender Schnittstellen und Basis-Technologien bis hin zur Konzeption, Erweiterung und Neuerstellung von Frameworks. Dieses unter Anwendung aktueller Architekturprinzipien wie z.B. Microservices und Einsatz von modernen Tools und Technologien.
Ihre Tätigkeiten als Java Software Engineer (m/w/d) umfassen folgende spannenden Aufgaben:

• Sie analysieren die Anforderungen unserer Kunden, unterstützen bei der Projektplanung und Aufwandsschätzung
• Sie konzipieren und entwickeln moderne Java-Anwendungen für geschäftskritische Systeme auf Basis bestehender Frameworks
• Sie unterstützen Ihre Kollegen im Entwicklungsteam durch z.B. Coachings oder Code-Reviews
• Abhängig von Ihrem Erfahrungslevel können Sie frühzeitig verantwortungsvolle Rollen (z.B. Projektleitung, Scrum Master, Product Owner ) in unseren Projekten übernehmen

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem MINT Fach oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und idealerweise mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung. Außer dem fachlichen Know-how zeichnet Sie soziale Kompetenz aus. Sie sind fähig, aktiv zuzuhören und Kundenanforderungen fundiert zu analysieren. Ein überzeugendes Auftreten, Spaß an der Präsentation ihrer Arbeitsergebnisse und Freude an teamorientiertem Arbeiten sowie geistige Flexibilität kennzeichnen Sie.
• Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung mit Java EE, REST-basierter Anwendungen sowie aktueller Web-Technologien (z. B. AngularJS, React, HTML5, CSS, Node.js)
• Die Tools und Methoden des Software-Engineering, der agilen Softwareentwicklung sowie von Continous Integration und Deployment sind Ihre „Homebase“
• Sie schätzen die Arbeit in agilen Projekten und kennen Projektmethoden wie SCRUM oder Kanban
• Ihre guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse wenden Sie in verschiedensten Situationen souverän an
