Gas Bar Manager

What you’ll do:

Responsible for the oversight and management of the Gas Bar/C-Store and future opportunities. Establish short-term strategies, goals, and objectives for the store in alignment with the strategic plan Responsible to ensure consistent and profitable operations with the goal of continually improving the Gas Bar/C-Store Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, safety, and asset protection Provide leadership to the team, including the recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training, and development of team members

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

You have Grade 12 level education. You have 3 - 6 years of relevant experience, and 1 year of leadership experience You’re familiar with retail operations such as Gas Bar/ C-Store, Food Store, or Liquor Store You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
