PositionOverview:
We are seeking a motivatedTrading Desk Specialist with a passionfor ensuring seamless fiat and cryptocurrency transactions. In thisrole youll handle the full payment lifecyclefrom execution toreconciliationworking closely with banks and thirdparty providersto resolve any issues and improve efficiency. Youll play a key rolein ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering excellentservice to customers.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Execute and monitor dailyfiat and cryptocurrency payments(onramp and offramp) for a global customerbase.

  • Reconcile paymentflows ensuring all funds are accurately credited anddebited.

  • Monitor and resolvetransaction issues or bottlenecks collaborating withbanks and thirdparty payment providersto maintain smooth paymentoperations.

  • Ensurecompliance with AMLKYC and other regulatory requirementsrelated to payments.

  • Providetimely and efficient customer supportfor paymentrelated queries troubleshooting transaction errors whenneeded.

  • Assist in theintegration of new payment methods and gateways to expand serviceofferings.

  • Prepare timelyand accurate reports on payment operations for managementreview.

  • Continuously improveand optimize payment processing procedures to enhance efficiencyand reducecosts.

  • Manageaccess to banking systems and employee/clientdatabases.

  • Handledaily client payment requests in both crypto andfiatcurrencies.

  • Tradebetween fiat and crypto as part of deskoperations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience inpayment processing or tradingoperations.

  • Familiarity withcredit card Interac and other paymentprocessing systems as well as knowledge of tradingdeskoperations.

  • Strongunderstanding of cryptocurrency andblockchaintechnology.

  • Familiaritywith bank payment networks andcryptocurrencywallets.

  • Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skillsto troubleshoot payment issueseffectively.

  • Strongattention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in transactionprocessing.

Compensation:
$65100Kwith potential bonuses based on seniority andperformance.
