About the Role:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our roofing products and services to potential customers. We are seeking a motivated individual with strong sales skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Research and target potential customers in the residential and commercial sectors to expand the client base.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to schedule appointments and meetings with potential clients.

Sales Presentations and Consultation:

  • Conduct sales presentations and consultations with prospective clients to understand their roofing needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Showcase the features and benefits of our roofing products and services to address customer requirements and preferences.
  • Provide accurate and detailed quotations and proposals to clients based on their project specifications.

Relationship Building and Customer Service:

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance and support throughout the sales process.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Follow up on sales leads and opportunities to progress them through the sales funnel and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue projections for management review.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and support staff to coordinate sales efforts and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to share customer feedback, market insights, and sales updates.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
