Sales Coordinator

Working in Guelph, Ontario Canada

At Mammoet, thorough and accurate organization is critical to how we maintain our high standards. We are looking for professionals who can help to make a real difference to our operations.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Provide support to the sales team handling incoming post and telephone calls, act as helpdesk for internal and external customers and liaise with departments on irregularities. Prepare presentations for customer visits, meetings or business development. Support with marketing analyses and assist in market research process. Gather, compile and structure information on different customer types and categories. Coordinate, execute and maintain department administrative activities and systems in line with internal requirements. Monitor and follow up on sale leads with existing and new customers executing relevant sales support activities.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Professional level experience in MS Office suite; prior experience with SAP considered an asset English, fluent proficiency verbal and written Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining considered an asset. 0-3 years of relevant work experience
