Position Details

Who We Are:
• Analyze business requirements and develop proposed solution design & architecture
• Extract, transform and analyze complex data elements from a variety of database servers and systems with focus on development/deployment of automated solutions
• Write complex SQL queries
• Build and maintain PowerBI elements including reports, dashboards and datasets
• Build and maintain SSRS reports
• Build and maintain solutions to support business process including compensation models, voice of the customer invitation files and feeds as required by business vendors
• Provide support to the business in target setting and KPI development


Who You Are:

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields 1+ years of experience with BI tools (SSRS, PowerBI, QlikSense) 1+ years of hands-on coding in SQL and DAX 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio  1+ years of experience designing/developing and deploying Microsoft SQL Server Integration packages is preferred  1+ years of experience with query debugging, optimization and performance tuning in a big data environment Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Proficiency in business intelligence lifecycle Experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards Ability to take complex data and visualize to identify and describe creative solutions to analytical and data problems Attention to detail and high aptitude for problem solving Ability to critically think and bring an outside of the box lens to problems Good communication skills
