Unsere gemeinsamen Aufgaben liegen im Bereich Groupware. Du unterstützt unseren Kunden der öffentlichen Verwaltung die großen Herausforderungen und Veränderungen der Digitalisierung konkret zu gestalten und umzusetzen.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Installation, Konfiguration, Administration und Integration der Groupware
• Proaktive Unterstützung des Life-Cycle-Managements der Server-Betriebssysteme
• Systemdokumentation
• Entwicklung und Fortschreibung der Betriebskonzepte
• Hierbei arbeitest du eng mit dem Kunden zusammen und du eignest das Wissen über dessen technische Umgebung und Standards an.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise aus den Bereichen Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung.
• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified oder Microsoft Certified ist von Vorteil
• Erfahrung mit Microsoft Client und Server Betriebssystemen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich MS Exchange, Outlook, Windows, Active Directory und Skype for Business

• Erfahrung im Bereich Netzwerkinfrastruktur (z.B. TCP/IP, Firewalls, VPN)
• Kenntnisse in der Cloudtechnologie und in der mobilen Technologie
• Erfahrung mit PowerShell-Skripten
• Sichere Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch)
• Verfügst du zusätzlich noch über Kenntnisse der öffentlichen Verwaltung und andere Administrator-Kenntnisse, so wäre dies von Vorteil.
