Are you dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments? Lacombe Food Store presents the perfect opportunity for you We're currently looking for a casual Bakery Clerk (Cake Decorator) to join our dynamic team.

Position: Bakery Clerk (Cake Decorator)

Casual: Less than 24 hours per week

Availability:  Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service Package and label bakery products for sale Cake decorating Perform tasks such as slicing bread, frying donuts, utilizing ovens, and assisting in production as directed by bakers Stock shelves and pull freezer products as needed Assist in setting up products for the following day Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with the ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required Prior experience in a bakery setting is an asset; however, training is available Applicants must be over 14 years old. (Employment Standards mandates a permit to employ a person aged 14 or under, thus disclosure is required)
