Job Description

You are at the heart of the hotel As a Housekeeping Turn-Down Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them. 

Typically shift will be from 5pm-9pm 

Job Duties Include:

Turndown all assigned guestrooms. This includes preparing the bed, replacing all soiled bath linen. Dusting and polishing guest rooms. Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service Weekend work will be required
Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming Excellent organizational skills and time management
