 Monthly Closing Activities:

- Close the time sheet system

-Produce adjustments, reconciliations and provisions related to timesheets

-Prepare and enter Provisions, reclassifications and cost reallocations

-Create intercompany PO and follow internal re-invoicing

 

• Monthly reporting:

-Produce the headcount report

-produce and present the cost center report

-prepare site activity reviews

-produce actual vs budget comparisons of under/Over recovery

-Enter and control the data related to its scope in the reporting tool

 

• Monthly Analysis & Forecasts:

-Explain Under/Over recovery discrepancies

-Explain variances on cost centers

-Establish the Best Estimate and Last Estimate of the costs

-Produce Ad-hoc analyzes

-Provide support to cost center managers

 

• Budget Exercise:

-Coordinate and prepare the budget exercise (Costs and Rates) of the different cost centers

 

• Other activities

-Be the guardian of the rules and promote the Alstom code of ethics

-Be the Key User for the timesheet tool

 

Requirements ;

-3 to 5 years of experience

- Accounting /Finance/ Management Control Degree

- Ability to work in French and in English

- Rigour/Communication/Analytical Skills/Autonomy

- SAP (Nice to have)

- Excel Savvy
