Our client is a very well-established Canadian company with its offices on the north shore.

As part of its growth, they are looking for professionnal proposal coordinator 

The challenge?

Reporting to the Director,Business Development, this position involves:

            Proactive preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals/Information in collaboration with the different departments

            Assist representatives in creating presentations for strategic customers

            Work closely with the Director of Business Development on the necessary documentation and follow-up analyzes related to major proposals / calls for tenders

            This position may, on occasion, require working on special projects assigned by the Director of Business Development in order to ensure the achievement of other objectives.

Can you complete the challenge?

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

            You have a degree in business administration, project managementor a related field.

5 years of experience responding to requests for proposalS/RFP  in an international environment

            Effective management of time and priorities

            Excellent organizational skills

            Show initiative in problem management

 Ability to work without supervision

            Excellent writing skills in both official languages Spanish would be an asset
