Kativik Ilisarniliriniq (KI) est une commission scolaire proposant des services éducatifs dans les 14 communautés du Nunavik.
FONCTION & TÂCHES :
Sous la supervision du coordonnateur du programme Nunavik Sivunitsavut (NS), le conseiller pédagogique travaille en étroite collaboration avec les étudiants du postsecondaire pour leur offrir du soutien et les orienter vers les établissements postsecondaires appropriés. Les responsabilités du conseiller pédagogique comprennent, mais sans en exclure d’autres :
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des programmes d’étude et de la formation, et donner des conseils aux enseignants et à l’administration en lien avec l’interprétation de ces programmes;
- Participer à la préparation des situations d’apprentissage et soutenir l’expérimentation en classe;
- Offrir conseils et soutien aux enseignants, sur une base individuelle ou en groupe, sur des sujets liés aux activités quotidiennes d’enseignement;
- Développer ou sélectionner et donner de la formation et des activités d’instrumentation conçues pour répondre aux besoins en matière d’adaptation, d’innovation et de développement pédagogiques;
- Collaborer avec les ressources scolaires et les organismes partenaires pour faire avancer les questions liées à l’éducation postsecondaire des Inuits.
- Faire des recommandations, revoir les politiques et offrir une rétroaction essentielle aux étudiants parrainés, au personnel des SEP et au personnel des établissements d’enseignement sur la façon de mieux adapter leurs pratiques pour assurer le succès des étudiants;
- Rencontrer régulièrement les étudiants pour assurer un suivi approprié et rajuster les stratégies d’enseignement nécessaires.
- Analyser et recommander l’achat de matériel pédagogique, de matériel supplémentaire, d’équipement, de logiciels et de progiciels, et fournir des conseils sur la disposition des classes;
- Exécute toute autre fonction ou tâche jugée pertinente et nécessaire par le directeur ou le coordonnateur des Services aux étudiants du postsecondaire.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Baccalauréat en éducation, administration, sciences sociales ou dans un domaine connexe.
La Commission scolaire peut à son gré ne pas tenir compte des qualifications précitées si elle juge adéquate la candidature d'une ou d'un bénéficiaire de la Convention de la Baie James et du Nord québécois (CBJNQ) et que la personne accepte de suivre un programme de formation déterminé par la Commission.)
EXIGENCES:
- Maîtrise de deux des trois langues de la commission scolaire : inuktitut, anglais et français
- Être prêt à se déplacer au Nunavik;
- Doit être en mesure de travailler de manière indépendante et de communiquer régulièrement avec divers organismes et partenaires;
- Être prêt à travailler à l’occasion le soir ou les fins de semaine.
CLASSIFICATION / SALAIRE / AVANTAGES SOCIAUX :
Conformément à la convention collective du SPPENOM pour les employés professionnels. Ce poste occupe la catégorie d’emploi 2104, la rémunération variant de 49 456 $ à 87 626 $ par année selon les qualifications et l’expérience. Tous les avantages sociaux sont accordés au pourcentage de la tâche.
