We are currently seeking a mechanical maintenance technician for a plastics factory in Vaudreuil. You will become part of a dynamic maintenance team with experienced employees.

Position: Industrial Mechanic Schedule:
Weekdays 12:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Flexible
Salary: $29 to $36 per hour, depending on experience
Type: Permanent
Location: Vaudreuil
Industry: Plastics

Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Industrial Mechanic Position
What You Will Do as an Industrial Mechanic:
Ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment in plastic extrusion;
Perform primarily mechanical maintenance tasks;
Troubleshoot and carry out mechanical and some electrical work;
Respond to requests and priorities, making necessary modifications as needed;
Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.

Qualifications
Qualifications for the Industrial Mechanic Position:
DEP in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics
5 to 10 years of experience in a primarily mechanical role
Experience in the plastics industry (Asset)
Autonomous, dynamic, proactive, and resourceful.
