Baker Tilly Windsor is looking for an Internal Accountant to join our Internal Client Services team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Reporting to the Manager, Finance Time and billing administration and month end reports Monthly bookkeeping including financial statement entries and HST returns Completion of payroll (semi-monthly) Accounts receivable and Work in Progress Monitoring Accounts payable processing

A successful candidate will have:

Post-secondary diploma or degree. Minimum 3 year’s work experience in a professional services work environment in a similar role. Payroll experience is an asset. Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent prioritizing and organizational skills to handle multiple projects with conflicting deadlines. Proficiency in Sage 50, Excel, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail, as well as being comfortable working in a fast paced/growing environment. Experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information. Strong commitment to professional client service excellence. Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning relevant to the role.
