Summary

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Private Chef who is enthusiastic about combining their culinary expertise with some personal assistant duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mediterranean and Ketogenic cuisine and a passion for healthy cooking. This is a temporary contract until September 24th 2024, with a possibility for an undefined extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare two meals primarily focused on Mediterranean and Keto cuisine and other healthy influences.
  • Cater to specific dietary needs and preferences of one adult.
  • Plan and execute menus, including shopping for ingredients and maintaining kitchen inventory.
  • Supervise local contractors and ensure maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Perform various errands such as grocery shopping, picking up supplies, and other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Ensure proper stock management and budget adherence.

Qualifications and requirements
  • Proven experience as a private chef, with a strong portfolio in Mediterranean, Ketogenic and healthy cuisines.
  • Ability to perform personal assistant tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must love dogs.
