Lead Software Engineer (Archer)

Our client in the insurance industry is seeking 2 highly skilled Lead Software Engineers with a robust technical background to join their Archer project team within Corporate IT. These roles are pivotal in enhancing and customizing the Archer platform through various projects and assignments. The successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with external consultants, business analysts, architects, designers, developers, technical infrastructure resources, account teams, and business partners to build and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Subject Matter Expert knowledge and share technical expertise on Archer initiatives.
• Assist in enhancing the architecture and design of solutions in the Archer platform, expanding core applications or creating customized scripts or applications as needed to meet business requirements.
• Identify any gaps and issues, and proactively propose ideas that align with project objectives.
• Perform impact analysis on proposed changes.
• Develop and configure on the Archer platform.

What you will need to succeed:

• Archer Certified Administrator – Expert.
• 5+ years of full-time dedicated experience as an Archer Engineer.
• 5+ years of progressive information technology experience with a full application development life cycle and systems integration experience.
• Proficient in: Archer, JavaScript, SFTP/network protocols and Azure ADFS/SSO.
• Knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is preferred.
