Responsibilities
As an IT technician, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including:
•Perform daily IT support for employees
•Participate in technological innovation projects
•Ensure quality service for all IT operations
•Report anomalies or breakdowns in the operation of equipment
•Provide the solutions required for optimal use
•Document technical information and procedures
•Be able to work independently, but also as part of a team within the IT team
Qualifications
You meet the following criteria:
•Diploma in computer technology or equivalent experience
•You have more than 5 years of experience in IT
•Resourceful, autonomous and impeccable customer service
•Mastery of the Windows environment (Windows 10, Active Directory, GPO, Office 365, Teams, Sharepoint)
•Network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VOIP)
•Bilingual
•Willing to travel to our offices, support on several sites in Greater Montreal / Montérégie
