What You'll Bring

A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies Skilled in executing on an end-to-end recruitment process in technology companies Skilled in capturing and using TA data points to make analytical recruiting decisions Experience collaborating with Hiring Manager stakeholders to meet high standards Disciplined application of advanced TA processes and use of ATS/Sourcing platforms

Recruit for professional roles that create measurable business impact Work with multiple stakeholders establishing high-quality partnerships Demonstrate high process discipline and the leveraging of TA analytics Hold yourself accountable for results demonstrating a drive to succeed Leverage latest concepts to maintain candidate satisfaction & experience
