THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING A RESIDENTIAL PLUMBER - INSTALLER

THE SCHEDULE:

Normal working hours are from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm with the ability to pick up weekend or on-call hours if desired.

YOUR ROLE:

As a Residential Plumber - Installer, you uphold a positive attitude as you visit our clients' homes and perform exceptional repair, maintenance, and installation services. This position keeps you on your toes as you perform basic residential plumbing tasks such as fixing leaky and frozen pipes, replacing tanks and damaged components, and repairing toilets, sinks, and well pumps. You install new parts, maintain existing systems, and perform repairs on wells, gas lines, and water heaters.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience as a residential plumbing technician or installer
• Valid plumbing license
• Experience with FieldPulse or a similar tracking software
• Ability to recommend the appropriate products or services
• Proficiency with computers, tablets, apps, and cell phones
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Willingness to not smoke during working hours or in company vehicles
• Fantastic customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities

A gas license or experience working with wells would be preferred.
