RÉSUMÉ DU TRAVAIL

Ce poste est principalement responsable de l’injection de divers types de matrices de « runners », de motifs, d’assemblages solubles et de cire.

S’assure que toutes les injections de cire sont effectuées conformément aux normes de l’entreprise.

TÂCHES/RESPONSABILITÉS Effectue des injections répétitives et contrôle de l’injection, de l’extrusion et des billettes de cire résultantes Effectuer l’inspection de toutes les injections de cire et validé avec le chef d’équipe ou le superviseur Suit le protocole établi pour la notification des écarts potentiels ou des tendances des rejets. Assurer le stock de matériaux nécessaire pour la zone de travail afin de maximiser la productivité. Doit porter une attention particulière aux détails. Installer et entretenir les pistolets à air comprimé et les outils au besoin pour effectuer des activités spécifiques. S’acquitter de toutes autres tâches qui pourraient lui être confiées. Respecte les valeurs et le code d’éthique de l’entreprise. Respecte les programmes d’environnement, de santé et de sécurité de l’entreprise.
