Duties

Performs nuclear medicine procedures and quality assurance Communicates with team members and management personnel Participates in professional development, teaching and educational activities, and mentoring

Qualifications

Current registration with the CMRITO and fulfilling the annual required continuing education as per CMRITO Completion of a BCLS program, Level II: Basic Rescuer certification, with maintenance of certification Completion of clinical component of relevant accredited medical imaging academic program, or equivalent education as assessed by CAMRT and CMRITO Ability to demonstrate sensitivity towards patients in a challenging situation Demonstrated strong inter-professional and collaborative approach to practice Demonstrated good judgement to ensure work is always performed in the best interest and safety of the patient and the team Ability to work accurately, safely, and efficiently in a fast paced, high patient volume setting, especially how to accommodate unexpected situations
