We are seeking a passionate and skilled Golf Teaching Professional to join our team. As a key member of our instruction staff, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality golf lessons and clinics to our diverse clientele. Whether teaching beginners the fundamentals or refining the techniques of seasoned players, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on each student's game.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Teach and promote our instruction programs. Organize and co-ordinate golf camps/ clinic etc. Assist the Director of Golf with the development and improvement of teaching programs. Provide and deliver exceptional member and guest experiences. Shoulder season work within the Golf department. Access practice facility (dawn to dusk), short game area. Set up and tear down of the facility will require some heavy lifting.REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
PGA of Canada member in good standing with the willingness to learn and grow as a Golf Professional. Competent playing ability level. Above average supervisory skills. Club Fitting. Experienced in teaching methodology and technological aids. Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
