Based in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Algoma has a proud history as a leading manufacturer of hot and cold rolled steel sheet and plate products. We are Canada’s only discrete plate producer and one of the lowest-cost producers of hot-rolled sheet steel in North America owing in part to our state-of-the-art Direct Strip Production Complex.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Physically able to perform all tasks associated with the installation, repair, maintenance, and operation of HVAC equipment. Must have G-2 Gas Fitter ticket minimum (G-1 Preferable). Must have Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic Ticket (313A). Able to complete all related reports and documentation. Must be Respirator Fit. Must not be afraid of heights. Must be willing to receive Scott Air Pak Training.
