Delivery Mode: Lecture (in-person), University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon campus.
Course Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday, 1:00-2:20
Expected Enrollment Limit: 25

Qualifications: Preference given to an individual with a proven record of effective teaching and mentoring of undergraduate students. The candidate will have extensive experience and professional practice in municipal planning including depth of knowledge in the principles of zoning, bylaw interpretation, the subdivision of land, conflict resolution, official plans, and land development preferably within the provincial jurisdiction of Saskatchewan. Experience with legal issues emanating from the professional practice of land use planning is a critical requirement of this teaching position. The ideal candidate will be a practicing planner and member of the Saskatchewan Professional Planners Institute and must hold a masters degree in a related field.

A valid driver’s license is required for off campus courses. Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.
