Your Impact

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a vital role in crafting innovative, intuitive interfaces for our voice assistant-related products. You’ll work closely with UX designers and developers, delivering exceptional experiences first in our car simulator prototypes and then in products for commercial release. In this role, you will:

Design interactive prototypes and interfaces, pioneering product exploration with a user-centered approach.

Create visually appealing interfaces with dynamic UI animations and motion graphics, enhancing user engagement.

Apply best practices in UX and UI to ensure seamless, intuitive user experiences across new products and features.

Operate within an agile development environment, documenting and collaborating effectively on design and development.

Proactively contribute as a cross-functional team member, seizing opportunities to improve user experiences.

Cultivate empathy for users, incorporating user needs and pain points into every design decision.

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to implement new experiences, expanding and enriching our product portfolio.

What You Bring

A Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field, such as Human-Computer Interaction or UX/UI Design.

At least five years of hands-on experience in Product Design, with a track record of successful contributions.

Expertise in prototyping innovative solutions and envisioning future products.

Proficiency in wireframing to visually communicate design concepts and user flows.

Familiarity with voice assistant interactions and platforms, translating expertise into impactful designs.

A strong user-centered design approach demonstrated at each stage of product development.

Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate design and product decisions.

Problem-solving skills, creating user-friendly and seamless interfaces.

Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and tools, including AI, to enhance design innovation.

Awareness of industry trends, consistently integrating best practices into design.

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies to support a collaborative team environment.

Collaboration skills for working with global, cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, plus Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Dreamweaver).

Experience with GenAI solutions and automotive industry knowledge is a plus.

Votre impact

En tant que Senior Product Designer, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la création d’interfaces intuitives et innovantes pour nos produits d’assistants vocaux. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les designers UX et les développeurs, offrant des expériences exceptionnelles dans nos prototypes de simulateurs de voiture, puis dans nos produits commercialisés.

Dans ce rôle, vous :

Concevez des prototypes et interfaces interactifs, explorant des solutions de produits centrées sur l'utilisateur. Créez des interfaces visuelles attractives avec des animations et graphiques animés, améliorant l'engagement utilisateur. Appliquez les meilleures pratiques UX/UI pour assurer une expérience utilisateur intuitive et fluide dans les nouveaux produits. Travaillez dans un environnement de développement agile, documentant et collaborant efficacement sur les processus de conception. Contribuez activement en tant que membre d'une équipe interfonctionnelle, saisissant les opportunités d'amélioration de l'expérience utilisateur. Cultivez une empathie pour les utilisateurs, intégrant leurs besoins et difficultés dans chaque décision de conception. Collaborez avec designers, chefs de produit et développeurs pour mettre en œuvre de nouvelles expériences, élargissant et enrichissant notre portefeuille de produits.

Ce que vous apportez

Un diplôme en design, tel que l'interaction homme-machine ou la conception UX/UI. Au moins cinq ans d'expérience pratique en design de produit, avec un historique de contributions réussies. Expertise dans la création de prototypes innovants et la vision de produits futurs. Compétence en wireframing pour communiquer visuellement les concepts de design et les parcours utilisateurs.
