What you’ll do:

Establish methods to meet work schedules Manage and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Estimate and order ingredients and supplies Lead in hiring food service staff Ensure food service and quality control Address customers' complaints or concerns Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare and submit reports Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres Establish work schedules Demonstrate and be a leader in day to day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-op’s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety. Lead a culture of safety through the adherence to company standards for health & safety, loss prevention and environmental due diligence.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Customer Service

Possess 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant environment, including supervisory experience. High level of integrity and accountability  Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays where necessary.  Ability to fulfil physical job requirements including manual labor. Strong leadership skills that align with DQ’s values of Integrity, Community, Responsibility and Service. Ability to foster a culture focused on safety, innovation, and teamwork
