Purpose of Role: The Service Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the general health of the HPGR machine. They will be required to inspect, supervise, repair, and troubleshoot the machine and will be able to help with any mechanical or electrical problems as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

HPGR Maintenance: Provide service and supervision to clients HPGR equipment together with ancillary equipment overhauls and upgrades. Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise for the outside sales force, consultants and customers Root Cause Analysis: Develop theory of likely cause and solution to remedy problems and report up findings while also conducting field maintenance and operation training to end users. Service Planning: Schedule and plan service work to ensure equipment is performing at an optimum level, including auditing client maintenance plans, recommending improvements where applicable to increase equipment reliability and decrease unplanned downtime.  Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree – Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 2-3 years of relevant technical experience Passport required as international training may be required Will consider Millwrights with a Red Seal & electrical, mining, or crushing experience
