Purpose of the position
Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, every other weekend.$500 hiring bonus. Salary: to be discussed Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Assemble plates of food Ensure and optimize quality standards in the use of food Peel and cut vegetables for meals Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards Supervise the preparation of cold meals and desserts When appropriate, collaborate with the chef in the creation of the menus by proposing ideas Perform other related duties Use work methods consistent with the health and safety rules and cleanliness standards in effect Take inventory of food products and place orders with suppliers

Required qualifications :
Good team player A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent
