Reporting to the After-Sales Service Manager, the incumbent receives, analyzes and ensures reimbursement of claims related to merchandise complaints. The incumbent must provide return merchandise authorizations in accordance with established policies.

THE MANDATE

▶ Process return merchandise requests from customers or sales representatives in accordance with established policies and procedures. 
▶ Ensure collection of all data required to process merchandise returns
▶ Communicate with sales representatives for follow-up and resolution of cases 
▶ Write communications to explain decisions 
▶ Respond to carrier requests and provide certain merchandise follow-ups for customers or representatives. 
▶ Validate daily credit amounts, inspection documents and file data in the system 

AND NOT FORGETTING:
▶ Perform all other related tasks

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE

▶ Holds a degree in administration or related field
▶ Has experience in claims and returns management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
▶ Is bilingual (French - English), oral and written
▶ Has a good sense of analysis and priorities
▶ Has excellent communication skills 
▶ Is able to work in an environment where the speed of information and action is high
▶ Particularly enjoys working as part of a team
