Supply Planning Analyst II

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop reports that provide insights to demand/supply alignment
Develop tools that provide capabilities to model scenarios and evaluate risks/opportunities
Design clear and concise KPI dashboards that can be easily understood by the team and cross functional partners
Collaborate with Supply Planners to summarize top issues, mitigation options and actions
Collaborate with business stakeholders on data requirements including use cases and visualization needs
Extract, organize and clean data from various sources
Maintain Supply Planning tools and reports
Validate and analyze data to provide findings
Contribute to continuous improvement and enhancements of existing tools/reports
Preferred Qualifications:
Great communication skills verbal and written
Self-starter able to prioritize effectively; works well either independently or in a group
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment required while maintaining focus and a high degree of accuracy
Working knowledge of ERP systems within a Manufacturing environment
Data-driven decision-making and visualization
Google Suite: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Looker Studio an asset
Ability to use Python codes for data analysis and report/tool development preferred.
Certifications: CSCP or Six Sigma preferred.
Candidates must reside in Vancouver or Richmond to be considered for this opportunity
Compensation will range from $78k-$98k CAD
Basic Requirements
R equired Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Science, IT, Management, or Supply Chain Management
3 plus years of experience as a Supply Planning Analyst or a Business Analyst required .
3 plus years of Python experience required.
