Responsibilities:
You will review (and where required) conduct ISRAs TPISAs manageand mitigate
cybersecurity risksand conduct and other consulting requests within Aviva Canadas
technology and businessteams
Provide oversight onassessments risk identification and risk management processesand
tools for managing andreporting risks and improve the quality ofservices
Identify gaps inexisting processes and technology and develop remediation plans toaddress
risks
Assist in the developmentof cybersecurity risk reporting including the ongoingdevelopment
and improvement ofKey Risk Indicators (KRIs)
Provide leadership and mentoring to teammembers.
Ensure all identifiedcybersecurity risks are mitigated and are effectively communicatedto
partners and managed withriskprioritized timelines aligned with Aviva s riskappetite
Provide oversight on awide variety of security solutions projects and newtechnologies

Whatyou will need to succeed:
Minimum10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity risk managementvendor
assessments andapplication security design &architecture
Strong understandingof cybersecurity industry standards principles and practices aswell as
riskconcepts
Proven management andleadership skills in communication prioritization anddeveloping
Talent
Demonstrated ability tocommunicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner toa
wide range of audiences andstakeholders
Demonstrated abilityto navigate through ambiguity and guide team throughchanges
Ability to understandcomplex processes and make sound judgementcalls.
Ability to negotiate andinfluence others to achieve optimalresults.
Knowledge of AribaArcher GRC or equivalentplatforms.
Postsecondaryeducation in Computer Science Computer Engineering IT securityrisk
management or comparableprofessional training.
Professional designation relating to cybersecurity or IT risk (e.g.CISSP CISA CISM
CCSP/CCSK GIAC)preferred.
