Chacun de nos points de vente au détail a des besoins uniques pour mieux servir ses clients et son personnel, et nous donnons à nos gestionnaires les moyens de gérer de multiples aspects de leurs activités comme s’il s’agissait des leurs. Les directeurs adjoints de magasin sont responsables de toutes les opérations dans l’ensemble du magasin, ce qui comprend le maintien des normes de sécurité, l’obtention de résultats financiers, le marchandisage, la fourniture d’une expérience de service à la clientèle de première classe et le développement de leur personnel.

Qulifications:

5 ans d’expérience en gestion de commerce de détail Excellentes compétences en communication, verbale et écrite
Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de service à la clientèle
Capacité à exploiter la technologie pour la gestion de projet, l’analyse et la résolution de problèmes (y compris le pack Microsoft Office)
Prêt à déménager pour des possibilités d’avancement professionelles passionnantes
Un diplôme de premier cycle est un atout
Parler français / anglais

Fait preuve de sensibilité aux besoins des clients et de volonté d’établir des relations sincères
Engage et motive les membres de l’équipe avec énergie / optimisme, grâce à la vision de l’entreprise et promouvoir efficacement le leadership à tous les niveaux
Possède un esprit d’entreprise et innove continuellement pour obtenir d’excellents résultats et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus. Communique avec honnêteté et intégrité, et crée l’espace pour que les autres puissent faire de même

Assistant Managers

Here at Kent, we know our success is based on the fearless leadership of our teams. Each of our retail locations has unique needs to best serve both its clients and staff, and we empower our Managers to manage multiple aspects of their businesses as if it was their own.Assistant Store Managersare responsible for all operations throughout the store, which includes maintaining safety standards, delivering financial results, merchandising, providing a first-class customer service experience, and developing their people.

Qualifications:

5 years retail management experience Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Exceptional customer service skills Ability to leverage technology for project management, analysis and solving problems (including Microsoft Office Suite) Willing to relocate for exciting advancement opportunities Undergraduate Degree is an asset Speak French / English

Demonstrates sensitivity to customer needs and willingness to build sincere relationships Engages and motivates team members with energy/optimism, through company vision and effectively promote leadership at all levels Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results and implement process improvements Communicates with honesty and integrity, and creates the space for others to do the same Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships Open to continuous improvement and responsible for independent learning Flexible schedule based on retail needs
