Extensive knowledge of the Bodyshop/Automotive industry Must have a relevant ticket or trade as a journeyman with hands-on experience Contains an excellent understanding of PPG Paint and color matching Competent in ICBC repair knowledge & procedures Prior sales experience will be viewed as an asset Possesses basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office programs Responsibilities: Perform exceptional customer service while dealing with customer inquiries and complaints Fulfills warranty discretion while dealing with claims Attend scheduled meetings to promote all products and services offered while maintaining professionalism Grow and track qualified sales leads/opportunities and perform follow up duties to gain customer confidence Build strong business relationships Prepare and present detailed quotations while remaining informed of competitor products and offerings Manage an existing customer base while constantly cold calling new prospects At Lordco Auto Parts, we are committed to fostering a culture that celebrates diversity, promotes equity, and prioritizes inclusion in every aspect of our organization.
