The Work

Design, develop, and implement Java-based solutions using microservices architecture.Deploy and maintain digital platforms on the cloud, ensuring high availability and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate numerous services and ensure seamless delivery.Be a functional leader in the team, guiding the team with the best practices around solution architecture, observability and the SRE practice in generalDevelop tools and frameworks to improve developer productivity.Lead adoption of new technologies and tools in department.Help automate pipelines towards continuous delivery and deployment.Support architectural guidance and governance process.Proactively identify and address stability and performance issues in the system.Apply SRE principles to build and maintain reliable and efficient systems.Automate processes to improve system reliability and performance metrics.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and production release.

Let's talk about you

Have a degree in Bachelor or Master of Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Have 10+ years of experience in software application development Have 5+ years of experience in leading senior-to-architectural responsibilities in scale-up and/or enterprise level environmentHave 5+ years of experience with Java, microservices architecture, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)Preferred 2+ years of experience in site reliability engineering Knowledge of container technology and deep technical understandingStrong understanding of SRE principles and practicesExperience with performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshootingFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps)Strong experience in Observability tools and practices (Elastic APM)Preferable to have experience in tool evaluation and adoption for team.Self-starter who can take a concept and drive it through to the design and implementation.Ability to work independently with minimal supervisory direction.Strong oral and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills#INDE
