Job Description

AIM-Recyclage is looking for a scale clerk for its Trois-Rivières site. The scale clerk will be required to monitor receipts and shipments of materials through the entry and exit of trucks/trailers. The person is responsible for weighing the equipment, issuing weighing tickets and responding adequately to customers.

  • Welcome clients;
  • Weigh the material;
  • Make delivery notes in the software;
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them as needed;
  • Prepare shipping papers;
  • Tracking of material shipments;
  • Perform reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service;
  • Experience in the transportation field (an asset);
  • Good knowledge of Excel.

  • Good at mental arithmetic.


Additional Information

  • Temporary position for a period of 6 months;
  • Schedule 40 hours per week;
  • Monday to Friday 7:45 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET Saturday 7:45 a.m. - 12 p.m.
  • Possibility of additional time;
  • Overtime paid at time and a half after 40:00.
