Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Du erfasst und prüfst die Kundenanforderungen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich, Projektleitung und IT, erstellst Umsetzungskonzepte und kannst diese überzeugend vortragen.
• Zu deinen Kernaufgaben zählt die Umsetzung von neuen oder optimierten Prozessen in den IT-Systemen des Kunden um die Digitalisierung voranzutreiben.
• Du arbeitest am Prozess-, Projekt- und Changemanagement in den IT- und Fach-Abteilungen des Kunden mit und begleitest konzeptionell und kommunikativ.
• Erarbeitung von Analysen für Mittelfristplanungen und Budgets (Business Cases) zählt ebenfalls zu deinen Einsatzgebieten.
• Zudem entwickelst du Controlling- und Reporting-Tools sowie Steuerungskonzepte weiter, um die Effizienz dauerhaft zu steigern.
• Erwartungsmanagement, Stakeholdermanagement und strukturierte Kommunikation über sämtliche Kanäle gehören ebenfalls zu den Projekttätigkeiten

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, VWL, Verwaltungswissenschaften oder ähnliches.
• Mehrjährige Projekt- und Beratungserfahrung in der Rolle als Business Analyst, Anforderungsmanager und/oder Consultant (m/w/d).
• Erfahrungen mit einschlägigem Anforderungsmanagement-Werkzeug (z.B. Doors, Jira o.ä.) und im ITSM Umfeld sind von Vorteil.
• Konzeptionelles sowie analytisches Denken und Handeln liegen dir.
• Hohe Eigenmotivation, Kreativität, soziale Kompetenz und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch (mind. C1).
• Von Vorteil ist, wenn du Projekt- und Beratungserfahrung in der öffentlichen Verwaltung auf Bundesebene, Landesebene oder kommunaler Ebene oder in anderen Branchen auf Dienstleisterseite.
