We are looking for two Territory Managers in Montreal (South Shore), where you will represent Kellanova to some of the worlds most respected and recognized retail operations. A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

Driving Kellanovas Retail Presence You will work with your Kellanova partners to understand our Retail Customers' business strategies and targets. By doing so, you will drive and achieve distribution and speed to shelf targets and incremental display objectives. You will also use your own strategic skills to identify opportunities to increase the share of the shelf through major and minor relines. You will have the ability to bring fresh ideas that the competition will wish they thought of. Promotional Execution You will have a firm focus on the timely execution of promotions as well as shelf objectives, according to banners and store planogram compliance. You will partner closely with your Retail Team Lead to ensure your territorys specific strategies are delivered and achieved. Improvement is the Key to Our Success We want you to have a vision for tomorrow and a plan to get there. You will be identifying opportunities for sales growth through collaboration and alignment with other counterparts across the Retail Team.

Were Looking for Someone With

Understand the importance of the Kellanova Brand and leverage this to our Customers and Consumers. Post-Secondary Education in related field and/or high school diploma with relevant work experience. Must be Bilingual, fluent in both French and English. Client-focused, with a strong capacity to build credibility and trust. Tenacity and an aptitude for Sales. Strong communication skills verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Strong organizational and time management skills. Valid Drivers license within Canada - Driver abstract may be requested. Travel is a big portion of this role. Must be willing to drive 35% of the time.

Un avant-goût de ce que vous ferez

Assurer la présence de Kellanova dans le secteur de la vente au détail - Vous travaillerez avec vos partenaires de Kellanova pour comprendre les stratégies et les objectifs commerciaux de nos clients du secteur de la vente au détail. Ce faisant, vous piloterez et atteindrez les objectifs de distribution et de rapidité de mise en rayon, ainsi que les objectifs d'affichage incrémentiel. Vous utiliserez également vos propres compétences stratégiques pour identifier les opportunités d'augmenter la part du rayon par le biais de réassortiments majeurs et mineurs. Vous aurez la capacité d'apporter des idées nouvelles auxquelles la concurrence souhaitera avoir pensé. Exécution des promotions - Vous vous concentrerez fermement sur l'exécution en temps voulu des promotions et des objectifs de rayon, conformément aux bannières et au planogramme du magasin. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec votre chef d'équipe de vente au détail pour veiller à ce que les stratégies spécifiques à votre territoire soient mises en œuvre et réalisées. L'amélioration est la clé de notre succès - Nous voulons que vous ayez une vision de l'avenir et un plan pour y parvenir. Vous identifierez les opportunités de croissance des ventes en collaborant et en vous alignant sur les autres membres de l'équipe de vente au détail.

Nous recherchons quelqu'un qui

Comprendre l'importance de la marque Kellanova et en tirer parti auprès de nos clients et consommateurs. Formation postsecondaire dans un domaine connexe et/ou diplôme d'études secondaires avec expérience professionnelle pertinente. Être bilingue, parler couramment le français et l'anglais. Axé sur le client, avec une forte capacité à établir la crédibilité et la confiance. Ténacité et aptitude à la vente. Solides compétences en communication - verbale et écrite. Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps. Permis de conduire valide au Canada - un résumé de conduite peut être demandé. Les déplacements constituent une part importante de ce poste. Vous devez être prêt à conduire 35 % du temps.
