Integris is currently searching for a Summer Student to work at our Fort St. James Branch for the next 4 to 5 months. The Summer Student role provides you with opportunities to learn the Member Service Representative role. If you are interested and see yourself learning from exceptional professionals & helping our members with their financial needs, come chat with us and let us show you how life is like out here at Integris.

The successful applicant will work 37.5 hours weekly from Tuesday to Saturday.

The main focus of this position is to provide exceptional service to our members, make quality referrals, and handle member problems and complaints while maintaining a positive attitude. MSRs are often the first impression of Integris. For that reason and more, the MSR position is incredibly important to Integris’ success. It’s not just about handling the money and finances of our Members; it’s about doing so while providing stellar service – the Integris Experience. Our MSRs are highly organized, personable, and patient. Those qualities, as well as being expedient, accurate, and friendly, are basic characteristics required for success in the MSR role.
