Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Deployment:​

  • Co-Own with global team, the Regional deployment roadmap and incorporate updates as requested by MDIxAI and MDI governance structure ​
  • Lead the MDIxAI regional deployment function and ensure pre-deployment project timelines are met effectively across the region​
  • Adjust deployment playbook in accordance with MDI lead deployment principles ​
  • Own refinement of global deployment playbook for successful deployment execution, and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure that relevant teams have input into standardized deployment planning materials (e.g., plant readiness checklists, training materials)​
  • Develop a regional deployment roadmap and track advancement on deployment roadmap as pre-deployment activities progress to drive consistent preparation and successful rollout across regions​
  • Lead plant digital delivery recruitment

 

Deployment:​

  • Lead the MDIxAI Deployment function in executing on deployment playbook​

MDIxAI Program Management After Deployment:​

  • Adjust standards for future deployments based on feedback (user adoption and satisfaction scores after MDIxAI deployment) and recommend change management improvements in deployment plan​
  • Coordinate feedback with Global /Reginonal and plant Workstream Leads (e.g. Product, Change Management & Comms, etc) to share key learnings following deployments and ensure success of future rollouts in other plants​
  • Lead the MDIxAI regional deployment function and ensure deployment project timelines/cost are met effectively across the region​
  • Lead the regional MDIxAI Steerco
  • Manage stakeolder relashionship within the region with a specific focus on MDI and Manufacturing Stakeolders
  • Ensure and track project deliveries and project savings
  • Lead plant digital delivery lead team

 

 

Shared responsibilities

  • Develops pre-deployment & deployment strategy in collaboration with other members of Deployment Team
  • Provides guidelines for standardized training that Deployment Team, Digital Lead and IT should provide plant employees in preparation for deployment​
  • Conduct deployment retrospective meetings and collect feedback to drive success and optimize resourcing and timeline of future MDIxAI deployments in collaboration with Deployment Team​
  • Coordinate change and coms activities within the region and at plant level
  • Ensure end users adoption and adherence
  • Consilitate plant project indicators for the region including adoption/usage/savings

 

KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is often required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
  • Relevant certifications in project management, Agile methodologies, Six Sigma, or specific digital technologies are beneficial.
  • background in manufacturing and/or digital technologies. Expertise in digital manufacturing technologies, experience in leading large-scale global projects, and skills in change management. International experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and senior-level relationship management​
  • Talent management/allocation​
  • Experience creating deployment standards​
  • Understanding of MDIxAI use cases alongside technical requirements​
  • Communication & collaboration skills to work alongside MDIxAI stakeholders​
  • Time management and ability to deliver on timelines​
