Currently hiring FLEX team members for a committed schedule of SATURDAY (8 hours) & SUNDAY (8 hours) shifts - AM & PM.

$21/hr base wage - additional shift premiums may apply Maximum of 20 hours/week Physically demanding role - including extensive walking and/or heavy lifting

Role Purpose :

Responsible for quality, good manufacturing procedures, safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders and ensuring those orders arrive at the staging locations complete and on time. While keeping a focus on quality.

Key Accountabilities :

Efficiently pick customer orders or shipment ensuring the correct number and type of product is picked and shipped. Assemble various types of merchandise for shipment. Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing material handling equipment. Assist in physical inventories. Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Education and Experience :

Must meet material handling equipment certification requirements

Must successfully complete Criminal Background Check (company provided) Previous experience with voice-to-pick and MHE is considered a strong asset, but not required Preference will be given to candidates with warehouse background
