Water Treatment Process Analyst

Purpose of role
To provide transparency to business metrics and intelligence through data and analytics visualization. The OA will be focused on working with our Sales, Commercial & Sales Operations and Supply Chain Teams to ensure performance data is available to the business, while also supporting the sales team with key operating metrics, such as; open orders and past due invoices. The OA will be a key driver for improving business effectiveness and efficiency, via utilization of business tools, including SFDC, Tableau and SAP. The OA will also be a contributor to training programs for the Teams on business tools and process.

Main Responsibilities:

Performance Measurement Customer creation in the WTS system Sales order setup Project Setup Follow up on customer with credit hold WO for Clay’s FSR’s Tracking PO shipping Invoicing Projects A/R follow up Vendor invoice payment follow up Commission tracking-ensure payment Materials goods receipts Project release in SAP Sales Tax portal updates Understand and evaluate business key performance indicators and critical to quality Periodically supporting business review activities Business Analysis &; Improvement

Qualifications preferred to do this role

Degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent business experience Experience preferred to do this role Experience of using SAP and other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

Skills to do this role

Computer literate with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Excellent listening, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills. Advanced presentation skills and comfortable in conversations with all levels of leadership. Ability to understand the wider business picture and confidence to challenge priorities. Numerate, accurate and excellent attention to detail. Good organizational and administrative skills. The ability to prioritize and plan effectively and to work to deadlines. Good team working skills & problem-solving skills. Personal attributes Highly Resilient, Proactive, Self-motivated, Reliable
