We are looking for a Franchise Owner/Operator to lead our Stroud Foodland, located in Innisfil, ON. If you are looking to lead all facets of a store operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Description

The opportunity to operate your own business, with the support of a corporate network The ability to encourage and endorse community activities and involvement Responsibility for the total store talent management by creating a coaching and development culture that embraces a passion for food Lead and create a shopping experience that engages customers in a way that enhances loyalty, sales, and profit Provide direction and leadership for an entire store location of 40+ employees

Job Requirements

Proven track record of business success Strong business and financial acumen Superior leadership and communication skills Experience leading and building teams Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store Adherence to provincial Occupational Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines Adherence to brand standards Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams in a retail environment Post-secondary education preferred Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Employment credit and background check required
