In your role, you will

Work within the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Center of Expertise to manage and support key strategic projects within the organization. Manage a portfolio of multisite projects  Manage a risk portfolio for health, safety and Environment with multidisciplinary teams Plan projects, monitor their progress and make modifications where necessary  Assess, manage and report project risks and opportunities. Work hand in hand with site HSE teams and Operations as well as with all internal partners and key stakeholders to ensure project success  Integrate change management into every step of the project Establish governance, coordinate the progress of actions and communicate project status to management and key stakeholders Monitor project performance and KPIs Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.

As our ideal candidate

You have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, commerce or equivalent You have a minimum of 5 years of related project management experience and /or continuous improvement, preferably in a manufacturing environment PMP certification or equivalent accreditation is an asset Previous experience in HSE is an asset You have knack for simplifying information and are comfortable presenting to management. You are dynamic and work well in a team. You are flexible in the face of changes in priorities and strategies that affect your project. You demonstrate organizational, communication and change management skills. You have the ability to think strategically, seek creative solutions, analyze and solve problems. You are autonomous, structured and able to coordinate the implementation of multiple projects simultaneously. You are bilingual English/French (spoken and written)
