Veterinary degree and Member of Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. /li
li
Significant experience in small or mixed animal practice. /li
li
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. /li
li
Experience of leading teams through progressive change and continuous improvement. /li
li
Previous experience in managing Veterinary surgeons and nurses /li
li
UK driving licence /li
li
The ability to demonstrate, understanding and apply our Blue Cross values. /li
